Details on the Case Involving the Son of Criminal Authority Ara from Noratus

The first-instance court has extended the detention period of Lyova Banduryan, the son of the criminal authority Ara Banduryan, as well as Misak Pashikyan involved in the case, by three months. This was confirmed in response to a question from "Hraparak" by the Prosecutor General's office.

After the approval of the criminal case, the supervising prosecutor sent it to court. The case will be heard at the court of Gegharkunik province, presided over by Karen Hakobyan, after preliminary court hearings have taken place.

It is worth recalling that a tragic incident occurred on July 17 at the "Best Western Bohemian Resort" in the administrative area of Sevan along the Yerevan-Sevan highway. There was an argument, gunshots were fired, resulting in the death of Arsen Afiyev, a member of the Sevan community council. Ara Banduryan and Misak Pashikyan are in the status of defendants.
