Police Issues Statement

Due to the dissolution of the Road Police service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the phone number 1-77 will cease to function as a hotline. This was announced by the Police.

“The phone number will continue to operate within the newly established administrative activities and complaints examination department of the Community Police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. From now on, the 1-77 phone number will serve as a source of information regarding the functions previously carried out by the Road Police and the current administrative activities and complaints examination department of the Community Police (regarding cases of violations detected by technical means, examination of administrative complaints, ensuring the execution of administrative and judicial acts, monitoring and supervising road traffic organization, reviewing applications related to judicial protection and refund of amounts),” the statement reads.
