Meeting on the Issue of Prisoners Expected, Abazyan

A meeting regarding prisoners and missing persons is expected to take place soon with the Azerbaijani side, stated the Director of the National Security Service, Armen Abazyan, in response to a question from Azatutyun.

According to official data, there are currently 23 Armenians in captivity in Azerbaijan, among whom 8 are from the former leadership of Artsakh's military and political administration. The list of confirmed prisoners does not include names of missing soldiers or civilians.
