Peskov on the Conversation Between Pashinyan and Aliyev

“The conversation between Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev during the BRICS summit did not hinder the progress of the event.” This was stated by Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary of Russian President Vladimir Putin, who also added that international meetings are always used for bilateral communication.
