All Segments of Transport Routes Operate in Azerbaijani Territory: Aliyev

Azerbaijan's President Ilham Aliyev delivered a speech at the BRICS summit, emphasizing that "all segments of the East-West and North-South transport corridors are operational in Azerbaijani territory."

He stated, "Azerbaijan is an active proponent of the principle of multilateralism in international relations, as vividly demonstrated during its presidency of the Non-Aligned Movement from 2020 to 2023."

According to Aliyev, by leveraging its geographical position and developing modern infrastructure, Azerbaijan has become one of the most important transport and logistics centers in Eurasia. "All segments of these transport routes successfully operate in Azerbaijani territory. At this moment, due to a sharp increase in freight transportation through our territory, we are investing additional resources to enhance the capacity of these corridors."
