VIDEO: "You Can Want a Lot of Things," "Lolo," "Kiko's Death": Kocharian-Pashinyan Debate

During a Q&A session with the government, Levon Kocharyan, a member of the "Armenia" alliance, posed a question: "This regulation states that demarcation is done until final agreement. If, for example, the next step is taken in Tigranashen, and the Armenian soldier retreats while they do not retreat in Jermuk, what do we do?"

"We have conducted a transparent process; this is your interpretation. The text of the regulation fully corresponds to the interests of the RA state," said Pashinyan.

"The regulations of the commissions provide not only the possibility of partial demarcation but also state that the demarcation process essentially ends with a complete demarcation process," he noted.

Pashinyan emphasized that there is no other way, as each section must be demarcated, and this must be recorded in some way to implement further processes.

He also referred to the mood prevailing in Kiran: "In the Tavush Kiran village, children go to school with pleasure, feeling safe; going to school in the village has not been as safe in the last 35 years as it is today. We want to create this situation in all border villages."

Commenting on Levon Kocharyan's question, the Prime Minister remarked that the death of Kiko should not be turned into a pivotal issue: "I understand that 'Kiko's Death' might be one of the few books you have read, but the mechanisms described in the regulation are not at all like that."
