Russian opposition figure Alexei Navalny's wife, Yulia Navalnaya, announced in an interview with the BBC that she plans to return to Russia as a presidential candidate.
"My goal is to bring closer and make possible the changes in the country. If I return to Russia, I will run for the elections as a presidential candidate," she said.
Navalnaya noted, "I am not a miracle worker and I don't know the secret" of how to achieve immediate changes in Russia. "If you can't do something big right away, do a little something every day, and the more people do it, the sooner the time for change will come," she added.
It's worth noting that Alexei Navalny died on February 16 of this year in the penal colony known as 'Polar Owl.'
