The US Knows When Israel Will Respond to Iran, Says Biden

The United States is aware of when and how Israel intends to respond to Iran's missile strike. This was stated by US President Joe Biden before departing from Germany while speaking to reporters.

When asked whether the US has an understanding of what Israel’s response will be and when appropriate measures will be taken, Biden replied, "yes and yes." However, he declined to disclose further details.

On the evening of October 1, Iran launched a massive missile attack against Israel in retaliation for the assassinations of senior leaders from Hamas, Hezbollah, and the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps. Tehran announced that 90 percent of the missiles successfully hit their intended targets, while Israel claims that Iran fired around 180 missiles, most of which were intercepted.

The Israeli General Staff has promised to respond to the attack. On October 15, Israeli Defense Minister Gallant stated that Iran would soon be targeted, and the response would be "precise and deadly."
