Serious Risk of War Spread in the Region, Says Iran's Foreign Ministry

Iran is prepared for any scenario in the development of the situation in the region related to the risks of the Gaza crisis spreading. This was stated by Iran's Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi following talks with his counterpart Hakan Fidan in Istanbul.

“There is a serious risk of war spreading in the region. We are advocates of peace, but we are ready for any scenario in the development of the situation,” the Iranian minister said.

According to him, “the Israeli regime does not recognize borders in the military crimes it carries out.” Araghchi emphasized, “We advocate for an immediate and permanent ceasefire in Gaza and Lebanon.”
