Lavrov: He Probably 'Woke Up on the Wrong Side of the Bed'

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has labeled as crazy those who speak of the possibility of Ukraine creating nuclear weapons in the shortest time possible.

Lavrov commented on the reports that emerged in Western media, citing Ukrainian officials, claiming that Kyiv could develop nuclear weapons within a few weeks. He stated, “They are crazy, and none of them, of course, will ever succeed, under any circumstances. But he (Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky) has already, in my opinion, renounced those words; perhaps he 'woke up on the wrong side of the bed'.”
