Israeli Air Force fighter jets have once again struck the southern suburbs and outskirts of Beirut, where the Shiite organization Hezbollah's facilities are located and its supporters reside. According to a TASS reporter, at least three powerful explosions occurred in the Haret Hreik neighborhood.

The Israeli Air Force last targeted southern Beirut on October 3, with airstrikes conducted along areas near the Rafic Hariri International Airport, which had temporarily suspended operations during the bombardment.

Earlier, the Israeli military command sent an urgent warning to residents of the southern neighborhoods, demanding them to evacuate several buildings that were set to be bombed in the near future. According to civil defense services, since the beginning of October, 90 percent of residents from the southern suburbs have moved to the central part of the city and northern Lebanon.

"Israeli military forces on Wednesday ordered residents to leave parts of Southern Beirut, a warning that typically precedes strikes on the mentioned areas of the Lebanese capital," the statement said. Reports indicate that during the evacuation order, there are facilities linked to the Lebanese Hezbollah movement that are expected to be targeted by the Israeli military soon.
