VIDEO: New Registration Systems Implemented at the State Revenue Committee
The Enforcement Service has introduced new registration systems on the "Personal Office" electronic platform. From now on, debtors and creditors can register from their mobile phones and computers, accessing their accounts in the "Personal Office" using the Face ID facial recognition system or through one of the options available on the "I Am" national identification platform.
For the first time registering through the Face ID system, individuals are required to take a photo, fill in the Public Services Identifier, and provide a valid email address for future notifications, and optionally, a phone number. Once your data is confirmed, you will be considered registered, and in the future, you can access your account by simply entering the PSID and taking a photo.
When registering using the identification card through the "I Am" platform, it is first necessary to obtain an electronic signature via the EKENG electronic management office and to acquire a compatible reader device. You can also contact your mobile operator to obtain a digital signature and activate the corresponding settings for identification via mobile phone number.
It is important to know that by creating an account in the "Personal Office," both debtors and creditors can, regardless of the time of day and their location, - learn about the enforcement proceedings concerning them, - access the materials of the enforcement proceedings, including restrictions placed on property and vehicles, - make online payments for several enforcement proceedings simultaneously for themselves or on behalf of others, and - receive notifications at the email address provided during registration.
