Edita

Auroranews has received videos showing a person resembling a quadrober making unusual movements in the yard of Yerevan State University.

“A ban on the popularization of quadrobers on social media, fines for parents ranging from 1,000 to 5,000 rubles for allowing their children to walk on all fours, penalties for parents including criminal prosecution, as well as causing harm to health if their child bites a passerby” - these are part of amendments to the Administrative Code of Russia being prepared by lawyers and a working group of State Duma deputies.

The topic of quadrobers gained wide attention during an informal conversation between Sergey Lavrov and Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan, on the eve of the meeting of the leaders of the two countries in Moscow. Lavrov asked, “Do you have quadrobers? They are children who dress like dogs and walk on all fours. This is now one of the main news items.” This unexpected conversation instantly became one of the most discussed topics on social networks.
