What Iran Transmitted to the US Through a Third Country
Iran has conveyed to the United States, through a third country, that it will not respond to limited Israeli strikes on certain targets. This was reported by Israel’s Kan public television.
It is emphasized that this message differs from Tehran's other statements, where it has promised a more painful response to Israel than mass rocket fire.
On October 1, Iran launched a ballistic missile attack against Israel for the second time in its history. Most of these missiles were successfully intercepted. The attack was triggered by Israel's destruction of targets belonging to the Palestinian Hamas movement and the Lebanese Hezbollah movement.
On October 9, Israel's Defense Minister Yoav Galant stated that his country is preparing to deliver an unexpected strike against Iran. As he said, the retaliatory bombardment will be 'extremely precise' and devastating.
