Kyiv Discusses Territorial Concessions for the First Time: Spiegel
The authorities in Kyiv have for the first time begun to seriously discuss a scenario involving territorial concessions to Russia with the aim of resolving the conflict. This is reported by Der Spiegel, citing a senior Ukrainian official. The information is conveyed by TASS.
According to the official, regardless of who wins the U.S. presidential elections, "Americans will gradually but surely withdraw" aid to Kyiv. "People really no longer want to fight," the interlocutor noted. He emphasized that it is now clear that stopping the conflict is "impossible without concessions."
