Arthur Chakhoyan Released from Detention

Activist and blogger Arthur Chakhoyan has been released from detention. He announced this himself on his Facebook page.

Recall that he was previously detained for an act classified under Article 182 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (failure to comply with a lawful order of a police officer).

Today, on October 11, at the city hall, activist Arthur Chakhoyan was conducting an action with dollars. In this way, he expressed his protest regarding the new general plan of Yerevan.
