Video: We Demand to Initiate Criminal Proceedings Against Pashinyan – Bagrat Surbazan

We demand that criminal proceedings be initiated against Nikol Pashinyan for complicity in genocide and ethnic cleansing. This was stated by Bagrat Surbazan during a gathering in front of the Prosecutor’s Office.

“A process must be initiated against the leader of genocidal Azerbaijan and the accomplice of that leader, the Prime Minister of Armenia, regarding the population of the Republic of Artsakh. Today we have two cases to submit to the Prosecutor's Office, while at the same time understanding that no institution in our country serves the state but rather serves the political authority; otherwise, the chain of crimes would have been assessed in the legal field as well,’ he said.

“The second demand is to initiate a criminal case regarding the Constitutional Court's decision, according to which the provisions of the Republic of Armenia's Declaration of Independence were declared unlawful,” he added.
