The Situation in Schools is Simply Chaotic: 'Fact'

The newspaper 'Fact' reports that according to our information, the atmosphere in the public schools of the republic is quite complicated and heavy. Specifically, dissatisfaction with the so-called 'new standards' is increasingly growing, which, according to educators, have become a real curse for teachers, students, and parents alike.

In conversations with 'Fact', many directors and teachers have mentioned that it feels as if the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports is doing everything possible to fundamentally destroy the education system. They say that although the system is being gradually implemented in different grades, each time new 'innovations' are concocted that leave no one fully understanding what needs to be done and how.

There is significant dissatisfaction with the content of the majority of textbooks. Furthermore, we have information that these textbooks are so disgraceful that many teachers skip certain sections entirely and proceed with the topic without using these textbooks.

Problems are also arising regarding the implementation of the new assessment system. In short, the Ministry has created absolute chaos in schools.

Additionally, in conversations with the newspaper, several teachers have shared that during their training, they were clearly told that it is not encouraged to address students by specifying their gender identity. This means, for example, it is not permissible to say, 'Hey boy, come to the blackboard,' or 'Hey girl, have you studied the lesson?' In summary, mentioning gender distinction is not encouraged. They did not elaborate on why this is the case or what to expect in this regard in the near future.
