Within the framework of the UN General Assembly, a meeting of the foreign ministers of the CSTO member states took place today. According to Russian media reports, Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan refused to participate in this meeting.

It is noteworthy that today at 18:15 Yerevan time, Ararat Mirzoyan is scheduled to meet with Antony Blinken and Jeyhun Bayramov.
