Hezbollah Confirms the Death of High-Ranking Commanders

Hezbollah has confirmed the deaths of two of its high-ranking commanders. Ibrahim Muhammad Qubaisi, who led the Badr unit, was killed, along with Hussein Hani Iz-Zadin, as a result of Israeli airstrikes in southern Beirut.

Earlier, the Israel Defense Forces announced that Ibrahim Muhammad Qubaisi was killed during strikes in southern Lebanon. According to the Israeli Defense Forces, Qubaisi joined Hezbollah in the 1980s. During his service, he served as a senior officer of the group's operational unit in southern Lebanon and also led the Badr unit in the southern front of the movement.
