Parents of Fallen Soldiers Spend Night at Yerablur to Prevent Pashinyan's Entry

Parents of soldiers who fell in the 44-day war have spent the night at the Yerablur military pantheon to prevent the entry of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and other representatives of the government. One of the parents stated in a conversation with reporters, "If last year's history repeats itself and they block us with black and red berets, he will enter. How many pennies is it worth to enter like that... He is waiting in fear for the parents to leave before he comes."

Various representatives of civil society organizations, opposition figures, and citizens have begun visiting Yerablur from early morning to pay their respects to the heroes who dedicated their lives to the defense of the homeland in connection with Independence Day.

It should be noted that parents of fallen soldiers were also at Yerablur on the night of September 20-21, 2022, to prevent Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's visit to the military pantheon. However, on the morning of September 21, the police forcibly removed them from the area, and the parents were taken to the police station, after which representatives of the government were able to lay flowers and wreaths.
