Video: Southern Lebanon Bombarded by Israeli Air Forces

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) has announced targeted strikes in Lebanon aimed at disrupting the infrastructure and capabilities of the Shiite movement Hezbollah. The IDF Chief of Staff has approved plans for the continuation of military operations.

"The Israel Defense Forces are currently conducting strikes against targets of the terrorist organization Hezbollah in Lebanon to undermine its capabilities and infrastructure," stated the army's press service.

The press release highlighted that IDF Chief of Staff Herzi Halevi has confirmed plans to continue the war on the northern front. The Israeli air force's attack coincides with a speech from Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah. Various footage has been circulated online.
