Armenia's Ministry of Defense Responds to Azerbaijan's Statement

The statement from Azerbaijan's Ministry of Defense claiming that on August 28 at 06:45, units of the Armenian Armed Forces opened fire towards Azerbaijani positions located in the southwestern part of the border zone is not true. This was reported by the Ministry of Defense of Armenia.

It is also reminded that the Prime Minister's Office of the Republic of Armenia had proposed to establish a joint mechanism for investigating cases of ceasefire violations and/or reports related to them between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
