Four to Five People Kidnap Individual from Kiyevyan Street

According to eyewitnesses, four or five individuals assaulted a young man, forced him into a vehicle, and kidnapped him.

Information received by the news outlet indicates that law enforcement responded to a citizen's emergency call. They determined that on September 4, an individual named D.S. made an agreement with R.B. for the supply of window glass packages, for which D.S. paid 455,000 drams but owed 255,000 drams. However, due to the packages not being ready, a group of young men met at the address 11 Kiyevyan Street at 8:00 PM on September 18. This encounter escalated into a brawl, resulting in the abduction of one of the participants in the incident, D.S.
