Car Rolls into Ravine on Chambarak-Berd Highway; One Fatality

On September 14, at 23:03, the Crisis Management Center of the Gegharkunik Regional Rescue Department received information about a traffic accident on the Ttujur-Berd highway, where a vehicle had rolled into a ravine. There are casualties.

Emergency personnel from the Ministry of Internal Affairs' regional rescue service were dispatched to the scene. It was found that a Kia vehicle (driver: A. T., born in 1976) had veered off the roadway near the 14th kilometer of the Chambarak-Berd highway and rolled approximately 15 meters down the ravine.

The driver, along with passengers L. A. (born in 1988) and H. A. (born in 1967), were hospitalized. Doctors evaluated the health condition of L. A. and H. A. as satisfactory, while A. T. died en route to a medical facility in Yerevan.

Rescue teams managed to recover the vehicle from the roadway.
