Mysterious Incident: Car Discovered on the Shores of Lake Sevan, Divers Searching for Body of Artsakh Resident

Today, September 5, a mysterious incident occurred in the Gegharkunik region. Around 9:30 AM, relatives of 43-year-old Mikael S. from Yerevan approached the Martuni division of the Armenian Police and reported that they had conducted a search in the administrative area of the village of Artsvavanist, where they discovered a Lexus vehicle driven by Mikael S. parked among trees along the shores of Lake Sevan, along with his clothing.

According to photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan, police units from the Gegharkunik region led by the commander Albert Martirosyan, deputy commander Igor Ghazaryan, and senior inspectors Nersik Grigoryan, Bakur Saribekyan, and Hrachya Gevorgyan arrived at the scene. An operational team from the Martuni division, led by division head Stepan Hakobyan, also arrived at the location.
