VIDEO: The Health Ministry's New Program to Curb the Rise in Cesarean Sections

For the first time since 2008, the prices for state orders allocated for natural childbirth assistance have been revised. This was announced by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia.

To curb the rise in cesarean sections, the Ministry of Health has developed and approved a new program, which includes several measures related to the financial component.

An epidural anesthesia during natural childbirth has become completely free of charge.
