The EAEU customs border implements a dual system for customs control when transferring personal use goods. This information is provided by the State Revenue Committee.

"You can choose the 'Green' lane if the items in your accompanying luggage are personal use goods that are not subject to customs declaration. The 'Red' lane should be chosen if your accompanying luggage contains items that are subject to customs declaration, or if you are unsure whether the goods you are transporting are subject to declaration," the message states.
