VIDEO: The First Snow Falls in Russia

On September 11, the first snow fell in Neryungri, located in the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic of Russia. The snow fell in large flakes but melted quickly.

Residents of the city have shared videos of the snowfall.

Meteorologists have warned of adverse weather conditions. Today, strong winds are also expected in Yakutsk and many surrounding regions.
