Russian Forces Regain Control of 10 Settlements in Kursk Region: Russian Ministry of Defense

Russian Armed Forces have regained control of 10 settlements in the Kursk region. This was announced by the Russian Ministry of Defense.

The settlements include Apanasovka, Byakhovo, Vishnevska, Viktorovka, Vnezeppnoe, Gordeevka, Krasnooktyabrskoe, Obukhovka, Snagost, and Desyati Oktyabr.

Additionally, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported that Russian troops have repelled two attempts by the Ukrainian Armed Forces to launch a counteroffensive towards Fanaseyevka and Snagost, as well as thwarted an attack towards the settlement of Olgovka by Ukrainian forces.

Recall that it was previously reported that Zelensky stated that the Russians had begun offensive operations in the Kursk region.
