Bayramov Discusses Factors Threatening the Stable Process of Peace Establishment

He emphasized that "the Constitution of Armenia contains territorial claims against Azerbaijan," and reiterated that the militarization of Armenia is reportedly among the main factors threatening the stable process of peace establishment in the region.

Bayramov also provided the Luxembourg Minister of Foreign Affairs with detailed information about the situation and realities in the region during the post-conflict period, as well as progress in the normalization process between Azerbaijan and Armenia.

According to the Azerbaijani Ministry of Foreign Affairs, cooperation between the two countries, as well as regional and international security issues, were discussed during the phone conversation.

On September 12, 2024, a phone conversation took place between Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jayhun Bayramov and Luxembourg’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade Jean Asselborn.
