Will Ukraine Be Able to Strike Russia with American Long-Range Missiles?

U.S. President Joe Biden has confirmed that the White House is considering the possibility of lifting the ban on the use of American long-range missiles by Ukraine. While leaving the White House, reporters asked Biden whether he would lift the restrictions on striking Russian territory with American long-range missiles. “We are working on that right now,” he responded.

This ban has been in place since the beginning of the war and the provision of American weapons to Kyiv. It is tied to Washington's concerns that Ukrainian strikes deep into Russia could lead to dangerous escalation not only in the region but also across Europe.

Volodymyr Zelensky has repeatedly appealed to the White House to lift the ban, but the American administration has remained firm.
