London to Allow Launch of Storm Shadow Long-Range Missiles at Russian Targets

London has decided to allow Ukraine to launch Storm Shadow long-range missiles at Russian targets, The Guardian reports, citing information from British government sources.

However, the newspaper notes that this is unlikely to be announced during the meeting between Keir Starmer and Joe Biden in Washington on Friday.

U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken, who visited Ukraine alongside Britain's Foreign Secretary, had previously mentioned discussions about the use of long-range missiles with the Ukrainian side, but has only promised to relay what he heard to Biden.
