Drawing parallels between the constitutions of Azerbaijan and Armenia makes no sense, it will yield no results.

According to Report.az, this was stated by the spokesperson of the Azerbaijani Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA), Aykan Hajizadeh. He noted that there are no territorial claims against Armenia in the 1918 Declaration of Independence of Azerbaijan and the 1991 Constitutional Act on Independence of Azerbaijan.
