The Entire Text of the Peace Agreement is Essentially Agreed Upon
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, Ararat Mirzoyan, has stated that the latest text of the peace agreement offered to Azerbaijan is fully agreed upon. 'These are either articles that have been completely agreed upon in the past or parts of articles that have already been successfully agreed upon. Essentially, it turns out that the entire text is technically and factually agreed upon from start to finish, and our proposal has been to sign what has been agreed upon during this period.'
According to him, there are no longer any disagreements regarding the text. 'It's a different matter, you know, that sometimes the Azerbaijani side tries to include other preconditions and issues in the negotiation process, and our approach is to sign the agreed text as soon as possible, at any moment.'
The Minister noted that out of the 16 articles of the agreement, 13 have been completely agreed upon, and 3 partially.
