A magnetic storm lasting about a day is expected to sweep across the Earth tomorrow evening, with the possibility of auroras in the northern part of the European region of Russia. This was reported by Mikhail Leus, a leading specialist at the Phobos weather center.
"The Earth is expected to experience two hits of solar material, which will likely merge into a single magnetic storm lasting about a day. This magnetic storm is expected to begin after 7 PM on Tuesday and will last until noon on Wednesday, peaking right after midnight," wrote Leus.
The meteorologist noted that weak to moderate level magnetic storms are anticipated.
