Yandex Go has issued a statement regarding the incident involving actress Lia Zakaryan. “We are equally shocked by the occurrence; such behavior is absolutely unacceptable and violates service rules. The driver is no longer allowed to accept orders. We are in active communication with the user to resolve and rectify the situation. We are prepared to cooperate with law enforcement in the context of the investigation, should the passenger choose to report it to the police,” the statement reads.

Let’s remind that actress Lia Zakaryan published videos on her Instagram, indicating that a Yandex taxi driver had approached her, demanding additional payment even after arriving at the indicated address. In the video, the driver addresses the actress, saying, “You are an animal; what can I say to you, sheep.” According to the actress, the incident occurred due to a change in the address.
