It depends on the West whether Ukraine will survive as a state. This was stated by NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg.

"NATO is seriously discussing Ukraine's use of long-range missiles, so that Kyiv can reach military targets within Russian territory. There is ongoing discussion on this topic within NATO... It is important that Ukraine has the ability to target military sites located within Russia," Reuters reported, citing Stoltenberg's speech in Oslo.

NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg also stated that Ukraine has achieved "a lot" during operations in the Kursk region of the Russian Federation.
