Based on preliminary theories, it appears that the individual may have ended their life by drowning in Sevan.
They left their vehicle in Sevan and a note to their relatives asking for forgiveness for this action.
According to information received by ArmLur.am, the citizen being sought by law enforcement is from Artsakh.
