Woman of Notable US Businessman Abducted in Yerevan by Fake NSS Agents

Today, September 4, an abduction has taken place in Yerevan involving individuals dressed in fake uniforms of the National Security Service (NSS). According to Shamshyan, around 12:10 PM, two individuals wearing NSS insignia approached 55-year-old Lusine M., a resident of Yerevan, near the "SAN MARCO" swimming pool on the Ashtarak highway, presented themselves as NSS employees, and forcibly took her away in a BMW vehicle.

Shortly thereafter, family members verified that Lusine M. had indeed been abducted and alerted the operational management center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Armenia.

Following the incident, a criminal case has been initiated by the investigative department of the Ajapnyak and Davtashen administrative districts under the features of "abduction." According to sources, the abductee is a US citizen, and her husband is also a US citizen, a well-known businessman in the United States. There is a theory that the abductors were well informed about their family.

The police and the investigative department are taking necessary measures to clarify the circumstances of the case, identify the abductors, and locate both them and the abducted individual. Due to the interests of the investigation, certain circumstances are not being disclosed at this time.

Sources report that the abductee was in her BMW vehicle, and when she attempted to enter it, the abductors, who were also driving a BMW, approached and abducted her. It has been reported that the abducted individual’s "BMW X5" has been found in the vicinity of the mentioned swimming pool.
