Alen Simonyan's Assistant Dismissed from Position

The Speaker of the National Assembly, Alen Simonyan, has signed an order stating: "Guided by part 10 of Article 9 of the Law on Public Service, based on point 1 of the 18th subpoint of the annex approved by the National Assembly Council decision AJKH-006-L dated June 12, 2017, and in reference to D. Sargsyan's application dated August 28, 2024, I hereby order:

1. Effective September 2, 2024, David Sargsyan is dismissed from his position as assistant to the Speaker of the National Assembly.
2. The Head of the Staff of the National Assembly, D. Arakelyan, is instructed to ensure the completion of the final settlement as per the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.
