This was stated by the spokesperson for the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, during a recent press briefing in response to a relevant question.

“Azerbaijan has such a program and has made it public regarding the proposals for the return of the Armenian population of Nagorno-Karabakh. Why are you asking a representative of another state how this is viewed? Russia is proceeding from the fact that the trilateral agreements from 2020 to 2022 are without alternatives,” Zakharova noted.
