Israel Strikes West Bank Cities Along the Jordan River, Casualties Reported
The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) have launched strikes on the cities of Jenin and Tulkarem along the western bank of the Jordan River. According to Al Jazeera, at least 9 Palestinians have been reported killed as a result of the assault.
Earlier, the IDF announced a major counterterrorism operation in two towns north of the western bank of the Jordan River. “According to the Palestinian Ministry of Health and media reports, at least ten Palestinians have been killed due to Israel's extensive ground and aerial military operation in the occupied western bank of the Jordan River. The incursion, which began early Wednesday morning, involved hundreds of soldiers, supported by fighter jets, drones, and bulldozers, simultaneously targeting three areas – Jenin, Tulkarem, and the Jordan Valley,” the channel reported.
