Russia Adjusts Its Nuclear Doctrine, Says Lavrov

Russia is currently adjusting its nuclear doctrine, stated Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, as reported by TASS.

“It is very important to understand that we have our doctrine, including our doctrine on the use of nuclear weapons, which, by the way, is currently being clarified and which American officials are well aware of,” he emphasized during a press conference following negotiations with Yemen's Foreign Minister Shaya Mohsen az-Zindani.
