Zelensky has a plan to end the war with Russia

The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, has announced that he plans to present a program to the United States in September outlining how he intends to conclude the war with Russia.

He mentioned that he will be presenting the plan for ending the war to both U.S. President Joe Biden, as well as presidential candidates Kamala Harris and Donald Trump.

Zelensky revealed that the Ukrainian forces’ incursion into the Kursk region is one of the phases of this plan. According to the Ukrainian president, his program also includes additional measures on the diplomatic and economic fronts, including a powerful package that would compel Russia to end the war through diplomatic means.

The Ukrainian president also noted that the operation in the Kursk region has mitigated the risk of occupation for the regions of Kharkiv, Sumy, and Chernihiv. He added that very few people were aware of this operation.
