France's Foreign Ministry Does Not Comment on Durov's Arrest

France's Foreign Ministry has not commented on the arrest of Telegram founder Pavel Durov, citing a "respect for the independence of the judicial system." This was stated by the press service of the department to RIA Novosti.

“In accordance with the principle of the independence of the judicial system in France, the French government cannot comment on the situation related to Mr. Durov,” the Foreign Ministry responded.

It should be recalled that Pavel Durov, the founder of Telegram, was arrested after being taken from Paris's Le Bourget airport. Durov arrived in France from Baku on a private jet.
