US Acknowledges Allowing Its Weapons to Be Used in Kursk Region

The United States has allowed Ukraine to use American weapons during operations targeting the Kursk region, according to a statement from Pentagon spokesperson Sabrina Singh.

“Our approaches enable Ukraine to retaliate to defend against Russian assaults from bordering regions, which include Kursk and Sumy. They are thus protecting themselves from Russian attacks originating from those areas,” the official asserted.

At the same time, she noted that despite President Volodymyr Zelensky’s statements about the goals of attacking the Kursk region, the US still has questions in this context.
