Temporary Ban on Public Events in Rostov Region: Reasons Revealed

A temporary ban on the holding of public events outdoors has been imposed in the Rostov region, as stated by the regional governor Vasily Golubev.

“A temporary ban has been imposed on the holding of mass events outdoors in the Rostov region; meanwhile, events can still take place indoors, provided that all safety measures are ensured,” he wrote on his Telegram channel.

This procedure in the Rostov region will remain in effect until further notice, the governor clarified.
