VIDEO: IAEA Promises to Send Experts, Putin Discusses Kursk NPP
Last night, Ukrainian armed forces attempted to strike the Kursk Nuclear Power Plant. The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) is aware of the situation. This was stated by Russian President Vladimir Putin during a meeting concerning the situation in the Kursk, Belgorod, and Bryansk regions.
“The International Atomic Energy Agency is informed, and they promise to both come themselves and send experts to assess the situation,” said the Russian President.
It is noteworthy that on August 6, at 5:30 AM, Ukrainian military units with a personnel strength of up to a thousand launched an offensive with the aim of capturing territory in the Kursk region. Combat operations continue in the region to this day.
