Dust Levels Exceed Permissible Limits in Yerevan Over a Week

The concentration of nitrogen dioxide did not exceed the permissible limits, according to a report.

In Nor-Nork, on August 15, 17, and 20, and in the administrative districts of Kentron, Arabkir, and Shengavit, levels remained within permissible limits.

“The concentration of sulfur dioxide has exceeded the permissible limits. On August 15, dust levels in Kentron and Shengavit exceeded the permissible limits. A similar situation occurred on August 21 in Arabkir. In Nor-Nork, dust levels did not exceed the permissible limits,” the report stated.

Overall, between August 15 and 21, dust levels in Yerevan surpassed the permissible limits.
